My name is Ashley Schoeff—though some might know me as the opinionated and competitive “Mehring kid”!
I’ve been a disciple for 16 years. I met my husband, Justin, in Gainesville, FL (Go Gators!), and we’ll be celebrating 12 years of marriage this May. We have two daughters, Millie (5) and Wren (3), and a baby boy joining our crew in June 2026.
We also have a yellow English Lab named Sammy—named by our girls after the dog in The Parent Trap, which is a long-time family favorite in our house.
I’m a registered dental hygienist and currently work part-time in a pediatric office.
When I’m not chasing kids (or our dog), I love spending time with my family, traveling, date nights with best friend (husband), sports, decorating, working out, or simply being outside.
Teaching kids about Jesus is a big responsibility—but it’s one I genuinely love and feel so passionate about. Thank you for trusting me with your little ones!
